Facial Expression ZERO!

My insensitivity to the cold has escalated to a new level today. When I reached the dorm, after walking back from an encounter where I was asked to translate a play, I noticed my hands and fingers were stiff and my mouth was stiff too as well as my face making it hard to have any facial expression.

But the thing is I didn’t noticed while I was walking, actually I loved every moment of the walk, the snow on the floor the brisk wind blowing. Cold makes me feel good which I kind of recognize it is not somehow normal but I never was.

Someday I’d like to be able to write something like “The Praise of the Cold” and be able to express and exalt all the ‘warmth’ cold gives me. Crazy much?

The cold is attacking us now was well. Not that I don't like it, i just wasn't ready. One day I came out of uni and the cold wind almost glued my expression to my face...
But the autumn colors are everywhere, finally! I love stepping the leaves and listen to the "crunch crunch"...

"Cold makes me feel good which I kind of recognize it is not somehow normal but I never was."
Amen... -.-'

So if you are not normal, that makes two of us... Because you know I hate the summer... I've always prefer the autumn and the winter... So we really are brother and sister... That's why we have the same dream to go to London... that´s the kind of weather that we love... :)

Huh lots of people prefer winter and freezing cold...my dad and sis, to name a couple people. I recognize and agree with your obsession about not being normal, but you should know that even the most unique of humans share gazillions of character traits and all kinds of stuff with thousands of people.

But anyway I prefer the sunny summer...when I don't have to keep clenching and unclenching my hands to make sure they're not frozen stiff yet. And my ears start hurting and I remember some horror story where the ears got frostbitten and with just one tap they fell right off...and then I rub them quickly to ascertain that that's not gonna happen...XD

Why does my so called obssession with not being normal bothers you people so much? And if I do what's the big deal? And I dont have to obssess with something I already am, no matter what, and who knows me and is around me acknowledges that.

But do you really thingk I'm that full of myself or naive enough to think my points of views and beliefs are unique in the whole world? Please don't insult me or my intelligence. Though the whole me persona is indeed unique.

Anyway I bet Paris Hilton likes the cold in the cousy warmth of a house with radiator or lot of clothes in it. And when i say cold i'm not just talking about winter but the cold in general. And even though there are 'lots of people' who like the cold, they're are not the majority and don't come and tell me they are. And for that they are not the normal standard.

As for me liking the cold is more than waiting for winter, for me liking the cold is to embrace its deathly kiss, to wear few clothes in freezing cold. I can apprecite cold and the feeling it causes more than interacting with people or other body pleasures. It's an unhealhty disfunctional relation.

Hahahaha. I didn't read the other comments earlier. Hit a couple nerves, have we?

Obsess is perhaps the wrong word...I meant to say that some people (the more confident ones) who don't fit into the standard mold of their society and culture are proud of being different and find various ways to point this out all the time. I'm the same way sometimes, so I'm poking fun at myself too here.

I don't quite understand how liking the cold is dysfunctional...but whatever.

I would like to point out, with the greatest respect to your intelligence, something about that 'deathly kiss' thing...you DO know that people can die of heat, right?

HAHAHAHAHA.

See if you have put it this way right way it'd have been nicer.

"you DO know that people can die of heat, right?"

Grrr you are determined to make me look bad aren't you? Of course I do but that's not the +point.

"I don't quite understand how liking the cold is dysfunctional"

It is disfunctional when you like it even though it harms you it is no longer healhty when you cross that line.
